Embark on an exhilarating exploration of East Africa’s hidden treasures as you traverse five diverse countries on this 22-day expedition from the mesmerizing Victoria Falls to the bustling city of Nairobi. Brace yourself for a journey that’s part adventure, part relaxation, and entirely unforgettable.
Your adventure begins with a breathtaking encounter with the thunderous Victoria Falls. Leaving Livingstone in Zambia, you are thrust into the wild heart of Africa, South Luangwa National Park. Here, the untamed wilderness teems with wildlife, providing the perfect backdrop for our first game drive. The elusive leopard is our quarry, their spots playing hide and seek in the golden grasses.
From the thrill of the safari, we then change gears, immersing ourselves in the tranquil, heartwarming beauty of Malawi. Known as the “warm heart of Africa,” it cradles Lake Malawi, a shimmering body of water among the Great African Lakes. Here, sunrise paints the sky with hues of oranges and pinks, the perfect scene to awaken the avid hikers among us for a day of exploring the rolling landscape.
As we say goodbye to Malawi, the journey takes us to the natural bounty of Mikumi National Park, adding another layer to our wildlife viewing experiences before we reach the enchanting Zanzibar Island. Infused with a vibrant tapestry of spices and local markets, Zanzibar’s serene beaches provide a peaceful interlude. Water sports enthusiasts are in for a treat, offering an array of activities from fishing to scuba diving, snorkelling and exhilarating ocean safaris.
After creating lasting memories in Zanzibar, we brace ourselves for a grand finale, an excursion into the raw beauty of Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Prepare to be awestruck by one of Africa’s top safari destinations, where the wildlife never ceases to amaze.
This journey is an amalgamation of thrilling wildlife encounters, tranquil beach days, and unforgettable sunrises, taking you right into the pulsating heart of East Africa. Join us, and let’s etch an unforgettable story on the sands of Africa together.
