All our Classic Tours are operated in English across every route. On selected departures, we also offer German- or Italian-translated services, as well as fully German-guided tours. For other languages, tailor-made options can be arranged on request, ensuring you can explore Africa in the language that suits you best.

You will travel in comfort on our 20-seater custom-built trucks, designed for overland adventures. Each seat comes with its own luggage locker, USB port, and shade-netted window for great views. A built-in PA system keeps everyone connected, making the journey as enjoyable as the destination. Depending on your tour, you’ll travel in either a custom 12-seater minivan or one of our overland trucks. Both come equipped with air-conditioning and USB charging for comfort on the road.

To make your trip even smoother, we offer a range of add-on services you can request when booking. These include extra nights at pre-selected properties before or after your tour, private or shared transfers, guided city tours in select destinations, and optional activities like visiting Victoria Falls.

We’re a top-rated choice for solo travellers, offering the perfect mix of safety, social connection, and adventure. On Classic and Comfort tours, single supplements apply, though room pairing can be arranged on request. For Explorer camping tours, supplements are optional, making it easy to travel solo your way.

We do our best to cater for a variety of dietary needs. Celiac and vegetarian diets are readily accepted, while pescatarian, vegan, and lactose-free meals can often be arranged with conditions—please check your pre-departure info. Halaal and Kosher meals are available on request, with included meals provided as per your itinerary.

Our tours welcome travellers aged 6 to 65+ years, with full details outlined in your pre-departure info. Children between 6–9 years can join on request, while 10–15 year olds are limited to a maximum of four per trip (additional places available on request – see T&Cs).
