A Kenyan expedition, uncovering its magnificent national parks along its seemingly boundless savannah, hiding an abundance of big cats and endangered animals amongst the grassland. This 4-day tour of safaris will leave your memory imprinted with Africa’s vivacious rhythm, sure to delight and fulfil any nature lover.
Your East African circuit begins in Nairobi, where the city’s hum quickly gives way to the sweeping grasses of the legendary Masai Mara National Park. As you enter into this world-renowned reserve, anticipation builds for the wildlife encounters that lie ahead. Traveling in open safari vehicles, you arrive with an overnight bag ready for an immersive safari experience under expansive skies.
Spend the day uncovering the Masai Mara’s vivacious ecosystem. This is one of the most rewarding game-viewing destinations in Africa, home to the Big Five as well as cheetah, giraffe, zebra, and thousands of migrating wildebeest. You can find leopards draped across trees and elephants roaming the thicket with photography opportunities galore. A secondary day is dedicated to exploring this world, ensuring you have a safari experience you shall never forget.
On the third morning, our afternoon is booked for the scenic sanctuary of Lake Nakuru National Park. Centered around its lake and abundant birdlife, Nakuru welcomes you with flamingos painting the shoreline pink and pelicans skimming across the water. During your afternoon drive through this park, be on the lookout for white and black rhino. Originally an oasis for birdlife, this park now shelters a diverse population of wildlife against the backdrop of acacia woodlands.
Your final day leads you back to Nairobi, but does not leave without a proper sendoff. We begin with a visit to the Nairobi Giraffe Centre, where you can stand face to face with the elegant Rothschild’s giraffe. Then venture into Nairobi National Park, a remarkable reserve by being the only one in the world to house wildlife so close to a cityscape. Inhabitants include lions, rhinos, and herds of antelope which roam freely in the backdrop of the city skyline. This extraordinary blend of urban and untamed offers a fitting conclusion to your journey, capturing the spirit of Kenya’s wild heart and landscapes.

Tour Itinerary
This below itinerary is flexible and can be changed without notice. A detailed, up-to-date dossier itinerary is available to download for this tour.
We leave the capital of Nairobi and travel to the Masai Mara, world renowned for its endless plains of wild animals and spectacular beauty. The visit to the Masai Mara is operated in safari type vehicles and not the Nomad truck. For this reason, you are asked to pack a small overnight bag to travel with. You will need your towel, clothes, toiletries and camping essentials.
The rolling grasslands of the Masai Mara offer ideal game viewing and photographic opportunities. Some of the animals that could be found here include elephant, black rhino, buffalo, leopard, cheetah, wildebeest, zebra and gazelle. Hippo and crocodile abound in the muddy brown waters of the rivers, which traverse this reserve. Today we will spend the entire day game driving through the Mara in search of all the animals.
This morning we bid the Mara farewell before heading to Lake Nakuru National Park where we will enjoy an afternoon game drive through the park. Lake Nakuru is home to large flocks of flamingos and pelicans as well as black & white rhino, leopard, lion and numerous buck. Originally created as a bird sanctuary, Lake Nakuru was upgraded to National Park status in 1968.
We rise early and say farewell to Lake Nakuru and head towards Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, we will visit the Nairobi Giraffe Centre, followed by a game drive through the Nairobi National Park. The Nairobi National Park is home to black rhino, lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena and so much more.
